AVENUE SHOW SUITE - HONG KONG

The Avenue is a new residential and retail street development in Wanchia, Hong Kong by the developer Sino Land.

Simon Tong Associates in collaboration with Alchemy Advertising & Marketing Agency, developed the sales show suite to greet potential purchasers of the development apartments. Use of retractable walls for discrete AV presentations was built into the scheme along with a complete street model room.

Simon was responsible for the development of the overall area based on the theme of the Wedding Street which the new development now occupied. There were some heritage shop houses remaining that were incorporated. Many of the items and decorative objects were imported from London.

All display cases, FF&E and double happiness mosaic motifs were commissioned and developed for the project.
